Dana Davis
CEO/President of Training & Quality Assurance/Resident Old Timer
Dana is the foundation of the company. He launched his first business in the late 90`s in Newark, Ohio starting out as a plumber and building his career from the ground up.
Often referred to as the Resident Old Timer, he leads all training and quality control efforts, passing down decades of hands-on experience to ensure every project meets the highest standards. His deep industry knowledge, commitment to craftsmanship, and insistence on doing things the right way continue to shape the culture and quality of everything we build.
Susan Kirkpatrick
CFO/Master of The Universe
Susan is the backbone of the business. Known internally as the “Master of the Universe,” she brings exceptional financial expertise and sharp business acumen to every decision, ensuring the company operates with clarity, discipline, and long-term stability.
With a deep understanding of finance, operations, and strategy, Susan keeps the organization aligned, accountable, and built for sustainable growth. She works closely alongside our CEO — her husband — to guide the company with steady leadership and informed decision-making.


Dan Davis
President of Construction/Director of Pre-Construction
Dan brings nearly 20 years of hands-on construction experience, with over a decade dedicated to building in Central Ohio. A lifelong commitment to the region, family, and craft drives his work, continuing a local legacy started by his father, the company’s CEO, who was born here and founded his business in the same community they proudly serve today.
Logan Davis
Director of Operations
With a strong background in field operations and project execution, Logan oversees day-to-day construction operations to ensure every project is built to the highest standards. He manages schedules, coordinates trade partners, and maintains quality and safety across all job sites.
Known for his hands-on leadership and attention to detail, Logan plays a critical role in turning plans into well-built homes — keeping projects on track, on budget, and done right.
